Every animal we sell is raised on our own farm in Alpaugh, CA. We don't buy from a middleman — we raise it, we hand-slaughter it, and we cut it to order at our counter in La Habra.
100% hand-zabiha
All of our meat is hand-zabiha — slaughtered by hand, the traditional way, not by machine. We're certified by HMS (Halal Monitoring Services, a service of the Shariah Board of America) as a hand-zabiha slaughterhouse and distributor, certified November 22, 2024.
